Lokal Solvr is a walking discovery game. You drop a pin on the map, get a set of hidden areas around it, and each one gives you a single cryptic clue — no name, no photo. You walk there, work out what the clue means, and photograph the spot to claim it.

Email us at support@kvoma.com and a person will read it. We answer within a few working days — usually faster.
If you're already signed in, Menu → Support inside the game is the better route: it attaches your account and lets you add screenshots, so we don't have to ask you for either.

How do I start a walk?
Sign in, drop a pin anywhere on the map, and pick how big an area you want to cover — anywhere from 300 m to 1 km. Generating the walk takes a minute or two while we put the places and clues together. New accounts get 75 free credits, which is enough for a first walk.
What are credits, and how do I get more?
Credits are the in-game balance. You spend them to generate a walk and to unlock extra clues. You can buy more in the app — in the iOS app that goes through Apple, and in the browser through our payment provider. There's no subscription. Credits are for use in the game, have no cash value, and can't be exchanged for money.
I bought credits and they haven't arrived.
Give it a couple of minutes and reopen the app — purchases are confirmed in the background and land on their own, even if the app closed mid-purchase. If they still aren't there, email us with the date and the amount and we'll find the transaction and sort it out.
Why does the game need my location?
The whole game is being in a real place. We use your device location to draw you on the map and to confirm you're actually inside an area when you claim it — there's no way to verify a find without it. We don't use it to build a profile of you or to advertise. You can revoke the permission in your device settings at any time, but most of the game stops working.
My photo wasn't accepted.
Two things have to be true: you have to be standing inside the area's radius, and the photo has to show the place the clue is pointing at. If you're sure you're in the right spot, try again from a bit closer or with the subject more clearly in frame. If the place looks like it's gone or the clue doesn't match reality, report it from the clue card instead — that's what the report is for, and reporting is free.
Are the clues written by AI?
Yes. Clues, place descriptions, and translations are generated by AI and marked as machine-generated in our data. Generated text can be wrong, out of date, or oddly worded. Treat a clue as a hint, never as an instruction — what's actually in front of you always wins.
How do I get my data or delete my account?
Both are in your profile. "Download my data" gives you a machine-readable copy of everything we hold about you, right away and without asking us. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your walks, the places you visited, your photos, and your support messages. The Privacy Policy sets out the few things that outlive the account and why.
Something else is wrong.
Email us. Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — and a screenshot if you have one. That's usually enough for us to reproduce it.
Playing safely
The game sends you to real places. Look up from your phone, don't play while driving or cycling, and never trespass or enter somewhere restricted to reach a spot. A clue is never permission to go anywhere.
